Philosophy
The firm believes in aggressively pursuing the clients' objectives consistent with the ethical and professional guidelines governing the conduct of trial lawyers.
Fees
The firm is amenable to a variety of fee arrangements including contingency
fee agreements, hourly fee agreements and alternative types of fee agreements that combine the beneficial aspects of contingency fee agreements
with hourly fee agreements.
Costs and Expenses
The firm is willing to advance costs and expenses in appropriate circumstances. Such costs normally include filing fees, expert witness fees,
court reporter and related expenses for multiple depositions together with travel expenses and other types of expenditures.
Written Agreement
Pursuant to the ethical rules governing the conduct of attorneys, all aspects of the fee and expense advancement and reimbursement process will be
defined in a written agreement covering each matter.
Referral Fees
Many of the firm's clients are referred by attorneys and law firms. The firm is willing to provide referral fees to such attorneys
or law firms in a fashion consistent with the rules governing professional ethics of trial lawyers.
Office Hours
Regular office hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. Evening and weekend appointments are also available.
