Prior to establishing his own firm, Mr. Lyons
achieved remarkable results in numerous catastrophic personal injury and wrongful death cases while at the premier Arizona personal injury firm
of Charles M. Brewer, Ltd.
After graduating from Notre Dame University Law School, Mr. Lyons began his law career at Snell & Wilmer, the largest law firm in Arizona.
As a senior partner, he practiced as trial counsel in personal injury litigation, commercial litigation, and public utility litigation. During his 28 years
at Snell & Wilmer, Mr. Lyons was lead trial counsel on several of Arizona's largest personal injury and commercial litigation matters.
Mr. Lyons is admitted to practice in Arizona and various federal courts, including the United States Supreme Court. He is a member of the Maricopa County Bar Association,
State Bar of Arizona, American Bar Association, Federal Bar Association, Arizona Trial Lawyers Association, American Association for Justice, American
Board of Trial Advocates, and Arizona Trial Lawyers for Public Justice (TLPJ).
Mr. Lyons was selected for inclusion in Super Lawyersฎ - 2007, 2008 and 2010 Editions. For over a decade, Mr. Lyons has received
the top Martindale Hubbell rating (AV).
Mr. Lyons is currently the President of Arizona Foundation for Legal Services & Education; former President and Executive Committee Member of
Community Legal Services; former member of the Hearing Committee of the Disciplinary Commission of the Supreme Court of Arizona; and former member of
the Committee on Rules of Professional Conduct for the State Bar of Arizona. |
